He looks so familiar. Where have I met him?

Georgia Tech. I teach finance classes in the College of Management. I have taught over 1,500 students. Were you one of them?
I also attended Georgia Tech. Maybe you were my roommate. Please vote for me, Jim.
Fayetteville First Baptist. I teach an adult Sunday school class there and was elected to the deacon body this year. We sit up front on the left with all those kids. I played electric guitar in the band for a while.
Boy Scouts. Troop 175 at Peachtree City United Methodist Church. I have two boys that are active in the troop. I have been on several of the camp outs with you.
AWANA at Grace Evangelical Church. Maybe I was your 5^th or 6^th grade son’s TNT leader this year. Or maybe I was your child’s coach when we went to the AWANA Olympics. Pinewood derby nemisis? Yes, that was me.
Fayette Fiddlers. I have had two or three children involved in the Fiddlers over the years. I know all the Suzuki songs by heart.
Georgia Power Company. I worked there as an engineer for thirteen years. I worked at Plant Arkwright for a while and then moved to 270 Peachtree then 333 Piedmont working in the telecommunications (now it is called “IT”) department.
KONOS Kids or KONOS Juniors. I met you at the children’s production of “Mulon” or “Prince Brat and the Whipping Boy.” I hope our babies were not too disruptive.
Little Patriots. Miss Peavy is such a great teacher! I loved all of the events that she planned and then we took all those kids to Huntsville. Remember?
Handley Park. Maybe I was your kid’s t-ball coach. If your kid played on the Yellow Jackets, Cardinals, Jays, Longhorns, Storm, Angels, Red Wings, Indians, Cougars, Bulldogs, Mets, or 8 year old all-stars, I have sat in the stands with you and cheered for your son.
Upward Basketball at New Hope Baptist. I was your child’s coach for the Seminoles, Crimson Tide or Lady Cavaliers. My picture is on your wall. I also cheered for the Mystics, Wildcats, and several other teams.
Pendleton neighborhood. Maybe we met at the pool or at a neighborhood function. Or maybe you met my wife. You really liked her. She is so nice. How does she manage all those kids? My boys, with their fishing poles, are constant fixtures at the neighborhood lake.
Upward Basketball at McDonough Rd Baptist Church. Four of my kids played with your kids, but we only played there one season. It is so far from the house.
First Baptist Atlanta. We attended there for years and years. We got married there. We were very involved in the music ministry. I sang in the choir and directed a children’s choir (5^th or 2^nd grade). We were also very involved in the singles ministry. We were in the band (me) or praise team (Evelyn) around the time Ike Reighard was preaching at the North Campus. I like Ike.
Barnes & Noble or Books A Million. I am a chronic browser. I love to read. Sometimes I am reading something really stupid and I am a little embarrassed when you catch me. I was just trying to figure out WHY it was a bestseller. Really.
Starbucks. When I tell my wife that I am going to my “southern office” to get some work done, she knows that I mean “Starbucks.” You were with that guy who knows me from the ball park.
TeenPact: I accompanied three of my kids to TeenPact this year. Maybe we met at the Capitol.
Tyrone "Complete" Hardware Store: I am there about every other day because I am always working on something around the house.
Compass Dance Academy. I drop off and pickup the girls sometimes. I will see you at the next recital
